For the past eight years, I’ve been walking my own healing path — a journey that began in a moment of breakdown and became the greatest breakthrough of my life. What started as a personal search for safety, grounding, and truth has unfolded into a deep devotion: helping others come home to themselves.

My healing has taken me through the layers of the nervous system, the shadows of old patterning, and the reclamation of my own power. Along the way, I discovered the profound impact of intentional space, vibrational therapy, breath, grounding, and the quiet language of the body.

In 2025, I expanded that journey by completing my Reiki training, weaving energetic medicine into everything I offer. Reiki opened another doorway — one where intuition, presence, and energy flow guide the work as much as technique.

Today, Heart of Healing is an extension of that lived path. A sanctuary born from experience. A place where people can rest, reset, and remember who they really are.

I hold space with a blend of nervous system education, intuitive guidance, vibroacoustic healing, energy work, and grounded compassion. My role isn’t to fix you — it’s to walk beside you as your system unwinds, your truth returns, and your life becomes something you can fully inhabit.
